(Private parking is a MUST in the popular resort of Looe, where parking charges are expensive for guests staying at properties without the benefit of their own parking facility) Fully equipped with Freeview digital T.V, DVD player, CD player, a selection of books, games and DVD’s, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, Sea Breeze is heated by gas central heating throughout the colder months for a cosy stay, this system also heats the water there.

Sea Breeze is ideally situated for exploring the rest of Cornwall and south Devon, it’s just 35 minutes from Eden and The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth. What an exceptional property Sea Breeze is, in a beautiful location just perfect for the local beach and an easy walk into Looe itself. The property was clean and well presented with lovely sea views from the living area and master bedroom along with the patio area to the front of the property which was an excellent suntrap. Perfect for both couples and families.
